
Our Red Poll Beef is born and reared at home and fed on the lush meadows of the Cheshire Plain. Our Red Polls eat grass only, as nature intended, and we do not routinely use antibiotics. Our Red Poll Beef is hung for up to 4 weeks to give it succulence and tenderness, comes from a breed which is naturally low in fat and high in omega-3 fatty acids, and the meat is entirely free from artificial additives and preservatives
Red Poll cattle are a traditional, native, English breed, so by supporting us you are helping to ensure the survival of an important part of Britain’s rural heritage and history. All our meat is butchered locally, thereby reducing food miles and helping the environment. We also offer free local delivery and free delivery of large orders.
